Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. The parcel is stored at the post office for 5 days, after which it is automatically returned.
Post-payment commission of UAH 20 + 2% of the transfer amount is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order in accordance with the terms of Nova Poshta.

International delivery

International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta (14-21 days), Nova Poshta (5-14 days) and Meest Express (5-14 days).
The cost of international delivery is calculated by the manager after placing the order. International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country.
We deliver worldwide, except Russia and the Republic of Belarus.

1. Full payment.
2. Prepaid payment of UAH 200 (compensation for postal services in case of refusal of the parcel). This type of payment can be used only when sending within the territory of Ukraine.

 2. Visa and Mastercard:
 • Payment of the order online with a Visa and Mastercard bank card through the LiqPay system.
 3. Cash on delivery at the New Post office:
 • Payment of the order by cash on delivery is made after inspection of the parcel at the New Post office.

You can return or exchange the product within 10 days after receiving the package.

The return is made on the condition that the product has not been worn, not washed, the brand tag and product type have been preserved.

Postal services are paid by the customer.
