Individual order

What is an individual order?

An individual order is a product that is manufactured with changes from the standard version. Example:

✔️ non-standard product length;
✔️ non-standard sleeve length;
✔️ non-standard color or fabric for this model;
✔️ and other changes.

We sew coats according to our standard patterns, but we take into account your wishes. We do not make custom coats, meaning the sizes remain standard.

In the case of an individual order, payment is made in full by card or by prepayment of 50%.

Individual orders are not subject to exchange or return. If in doubt, we can offer you a coat from our standard range.

For your convenience and confidence in your choice, we can send you a standard coat. You measure the coat and send it back to us with your preferences. Shipping to the fitting will be free for you if you order a coat.
